Chicken Bacon and Ranch Pasta
- 12 oz Any kind of Pasta
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Diced Onions
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 3 tbsp Ranch Dressing
- 12.5 oz Canned White Chunk Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Bacon Bites Or 6 Slices of Bacon Broken into pieces
- 1 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
Topping
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- Sprinkle with Fresh Chopped Parsley (Optional)
Chicken Bacon and Ranch Pasta
Preheat oven to 375°F lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish
Cook Pasta and in saltwater and follow cook time per package; drain and place in a large bowl
Chop Onions into small pieces and heat oil in a skillet and saute onions until tender
Add milk and cream cheese to skillet and stir until creamy
Mix in 2 tablespoons of Ranch Dressing to skillet combine together
Pour mixture over Pasta and fold in Canned White Chunk Chicken Breast and Frozen Sweet Peas
Add Bacon Bite and mix together with the Pasta and Chicken Breast
Spread out the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish
Topping
Melt 1 tablespoon of Butter in the microwave for about 10 seconds
In a small bowl mix together Melted Butter, Panko Bread Crumbs and 1 tablespoon of Ranch Dressing
Pour the mixture over the Pasta and Chicken Breast mix in a casserole dish
Bake for about 20 minutes until the top is crispy and Cheddar Cheese is melted
Let stand for 5 minutes before digging in, Top with Parsley and Serve
